IACP after successful organizing of
seven advanced learning module in Pharmacy practice is pleased to announce the
8th Module on GASTROINTESTINAL AND LIVER DISORDERS
(Pharmacokinetics, MTM, treatment) between 5-7 November, 2014 at Alshifa
college of Pharmacy, Perinthalmanna, Kerala.
IACP jointly with the pharmacy
colleges in the country hosts a number of meetings and conferences each year to
provide pharmacy practice students, faculty and practitioners with venues for
updating their knowledge, networking with colleagues, enhancing their skills,
and learning about the latest pharmacy practice trends, products and
technologies.The IACP practice module has now become one of the flagship
actvities of IACP and is focussed on supporting Pharmacy practice students and
faculty with knowledge, education and training in the advances in the pharmacy
practice area. The modules are popularly attended by Pharm.D students and young
faculty and typically the registration is limited to 100-120 delegates so as to
ensure effective dissemination and communication. The lectures and training are
provided experienced faculty and /or practitioners from universities abroad and
particularly from United States so as to gain from their rich experience and
tradition of Pharmacy practice. The Module provides an opportunity to
interact with the international faculty and learn from them advanced knowledge
on a specific topic and also understand who pharmacy is being practiced
globally. A dynamic venue where Pharm.D programme is being taught is chosen for
the meetings and the meeting’s three full days of education sessions are
unmatched anywhere.
