Pharm D, Pharm D PB and M Pharm Pharmacy Practice students attended a one day national conference on '"Clinical Pharmacists Perspective Towards Patient Safety' at Aster Medcity, Knowledge Hub, Annex Building, Kochi - 25th September 2015.
The program was enriched with various topics like scope and perspectives of pharmacovigilance, TDM & population pharmacokinetics and antimicrobial stewardship by eminent speakers.
