To assess the students
and to improve the quality of the clinical training, a personal log book for individual students was introduced to the
Pharm.D and M Pharm students. Pharm.D students are posted in various clinical departments of Al-shifa
hospital for clinical training as per the curriculum from second year onwards.
The students can enter their daily activities and at the end of their
curriculum, this book can be used as a proof of their practical experience that
they have gained.
