Let me start
with a congratulatory note on the dawn of this new year, I congratulate , Mr,
Ajmal second year M.Pharm pharmacy practice student for bagging first prize in
poster presentation for national conference which was held at Nehru college of
pharmacy, Thirssur. Since the inception of Pharmacy practice department in
2008, we always believed learning should begin
from our students .Our team of faculty plays the role of mentor and
guide. The department of Pharmacy practice provide the students an ambiance to
nourish the internal skill and qualities. We are in the process of framing a
system where every student get an opportunity to freely think and develop his
skills to the maximum. To further strengthen our research Dr Suriyaprakash.T.N has joined our team as principal .Dr
Suriyaprakash, a person with creativity
,knowledge and wisdom, has a rich experience and is highly inclined to
academics and he will be the Director, Editorial board of this newsletter this
year onwards.
In this issue
the readers can plunge into plethora of information's. Usual column by Mr. Linu Mohan- Pharma
pulse- makes us to think fast ahead with latest set of innovations.
Coloumn by Mrs. Shamna on- Drug update
will make readers abreast with latest
drug information's. We have two write up on
national seminars which had been conducted by our neighboring colleges
and a write-up on Thanlkoot- initiative in
keeping the spirit of transforming the students into good human beings.
