Opportunities and chances don’t
come by themselves, but they require intense determination, thirst for
excellence and dream for a better tomorrow.
On 5th and 6th
February 2013, we the students of Al Shifa College of Pharmacy had the golden
opportunity to attend the personality development classes guided by Mr. Akbar
Husain from Limra Academy of Excellence. It was a very wonderful experience
altogether. As every minute passed away, a new individual with new aspirations,
willpower and positive attitude was unknowingly being shaped in us. Without going into the very complicated
issues, with very simple examples and experiences of day-to-day life, he opened
to us a new avenue for life, adorned with optimism, success, happiness and
empathy for fellow beings.
With the aid of excellent
PowerPoint presentation, he was able to catch hold the attention of the entire
audience in a very short period of time that made it comfortable for him and
the audience.
Even though he was completely
unknown to us by breaking the barriers of formalities and language, he
enlightened our minds with new with new innovations and thoughts.
‘You become what you think.’ Its
not others prejudice/thoughts that determine our life. Its all upto what one
thinks of his life. He emphasized on the points that we are our own well
wisher.
Family is the building block of an
individual. And so, only when one is in a position to love and accept his
family, in both its ups and downs, will he be able to serve the humanity.
He gave us some scientific tips and
ideas on how to make our studies more effective
Finally, each one of us was able to
felicitate the gathering courageously when we are assigned to task,
“Many many laugh at
U, so what
Many will follow
U…………….”
These were the courageous, mind
empowering words that got embedded into our minds finally.
We wholeheartedly thank the college
management and all other who took the earnest efforts to conduct such a
wonderful program and expect much more.
